APPOINTMENTS

 In order for us to accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment. In the event that you arrive after your scheduled service time, we may be unable to guarantee full application of services.

 

CANCELLATION

 Some service reservations will require a valid credit card number to hold the appointment time. A minimum 24 hour advance notice is required to avoid a 25% charge for same day cancellations. Clients who do not show for scheduled appointments will incur 50% cost of the service. Clients not showing for scheduled appointments on 2 or more occasions may be required to prepay for future services

 

PET POLICY

ALTHOUGH WE LOVE ALL FURRY FRIENDS, WE WOULD LIKE TO REMIND EVERYONE THAT PETS OF ANY KIND, OTHER THAN SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SALON. THE STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY AND THE BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS HAVE SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS STATING THAT NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED IN THE SALON AT ANY TIME. SERVICE DOGS WITH THE OFFICIAL "SERVICE ANIMAL" VESTS ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTIOn. THERAPY DOGS, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS AND/OR COMPANION ANIMALS ARE NOT RECOGNIZED AS "SERVICE ANIMALS" ACCORDING TO THE BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, and Checks. Some service providers only accept cash and check.

 

RETURNS

Retail products may be exchanged if unopened within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
